This Risograph was produced for Politics and Print with Robert Tillman shortly after it was announced that President Joe Biden would be appointing a new justice of African American decent after Justice Stephen Breyer announced his retirement in January of 2022. Despite the Supreme Court gaining more representation ethnically, it still faces the challenge of being controlled by a large conservative majority that does not adequately represent the American people.
